Junior classes are taught basic self-defense, grappling, and sparring with an emphasis on the art of American Kenpo Karate and physical fitness. The curriculum is a smaller, more condensed version geared toward the younger martial artist.
This class is offered to junior white, yellow, and orange belt students. Any junior student can participate in a class that they have already completed.
This class is offered to junior students who are ranked as purple, blue, and green belts.
The class is offered to junior students who wear the rank of junior brown and junior black belt.
The Junior classes are designed for students between the ages of 5 and 12.
Teen and Adult classes are taught basic self-defense, grappling, and sparring with an emphasis on the art of Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate. Not only will students be in the best shape of their life, but they will also feel a boost in their self-confidence in a fun, family friendly atmosphere.
This class is focused on the concepts, principles, and self-defense applications of American Kenpo Karate.
Focuses on basic concepts and principles of ground control self-defense with an emphasis of returning back to a standing position.
Focuses on the spontaneous stage of training. It uses the concepts and principles of both kickboxing and sport karate.
The Teen/Adult classes are designed for students at least 13 years and older.
